I have always had a dream
of owning my own collectible toy store ever since I was a young
boy. I would go to various toy and comic book stores always
looking for something new and exciting. Once I found that item, I
would usually buy 2 of the same. I would open 1 of them the items
and leave the other in the package. There always seemed to be
something missing when I went on my hunts. Ah, I got it!

In
the early 90's, I started researching opening up my own brick & mortar
store and found that it would be quite an undertaking. Then the
internet was born! In 1998 I found a site called eBay
and technically started selling there. I have been a seller on eBay
for over 11 years with a 100% rating.
2003
was my first serious attempt to start Lostreasures.com. I attended
BotCon 2003 and everything seemed to be progressing at a fantastic
rate. I had to close down my business toward the end of 2003 due
to a relocation to North Carolina, however I still maintained the eBay
part of my company.
Since
we have been in North Carolina, we have had many trials and tribulations
from our house burning down, getting laid-off, being diagnosed with MS
and more.
Well
enough is enough! The happiest time of my life was when my company
was up and running with my wife at my side, so here we are back and here
to stay!
