We use the information you provide about yourself when
placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share or sell any
of this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to
complete that order. We use the information you provide about someone else
when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We
do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent
necessary to complete that order. We use return email addresses to answer
the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose
and are not shared with outside parties. We use Google Analytics to better
serve our customers. Google does not use or record your personal
information in any way. We never use or share the personally identifiable
information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described

Pricing
and availability:
Availability does change on a
daily basis. Pricing does change, but we will try to limit pricing
changes to once a month. Due to the collectible nature of these
items, some rare items may be priced more than common items.
New items are always
being added to our inventory.
If there is a particular item that you are interested in, and you do not
see it, please check with us; we might have it on hand. We also reserve
the right to limit quantities, but we try not to enforce this
policy. This will only be used in the case of rare items. We realize that there are some items that
are very desirable for collectors, however it is only fair that such
items should be available to everyone.
Payment
Options:
Payment by Credit card:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Enjoy our
secure shopping gateway that is hosted by Paypal. The good news is
you do not need a Paypal to purchase your items.
Payment by Check or Money order:
You
can also send in your payment and as soon as we receive the funds we
will send your item(s). Personal
checks will require 5 to 7 days to clear, ,but sometimes may be sooner!
Money Orders
and Cashier’s Checks will allow your items to ship immediately!
Shipping:
About shipping:
We offer shipping on items deliverable by ground in the
continental U.S. (excluding oversized items that weigh more than 75
lbs.)
Surcharges:
Over-long
or unboxed items that cannot be handled conventionally: $5.00. Note:
Some items are oversized and also require special handling.
2nd day air, Next day air, and Saturday delivery charges:
Regular shipping charges apply for all expedited shipments.
Foreign Shipping:
At
this time we do not offer foreign shipping outside the 50 states and
U.S. territories. However, if you are interested in placing an
order, please email us and we can make the appropriate arrangements.
Returns:
Due
to the nature of our items, we do not offer any returns. However, from
time to time there is a need to return an item. 100%
satisfaction is our commitment to you! We do
take great care to make sure that you will receive your toys in mint to
near mint condition unless otherwise stated. If there is a problem with shipping and your item
is damaged, all you have to do is follow the steps below:

Return
the item(s) in the original box with the invoice number marked on
the outside.

All
returns must be sent prepaid -- no collect shipments will be
accepted. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect
yourself against loss.

We
strongly suggest you ship by UPS Ground Service, FedEx, or U.S.
Mail. We cannot accept returns on custom or special order items.

Please
email us with any questions about returning a damaged item.
Selling and
Trading
Policies:

Please e-mail buying@lostreasures.com
with your complete list of items for sale. Include your name, address,
phone number, and e-mail address.

We will respond with
our price quote for your entire collection based on the individual
items. The quotes are derived from
your description. Photos are highly recommended! Once the items arrive, they will
be evaluated,
and compared to the initial description. As long as the item(s) are in a
condition that you stated we will either issue you a check ASAP, or
give you a credit on your PayPal account. We can also give you
a store credit at a higher value so you can, "trade" your
items for our items! If for some reason the items you send us is less than what you described, the quote will be
adjusted.

If you decide to sell
any or all of your items, please email us at buying@lostreasures.com
as confirmation. We
will honor our quotes for two full weeks!!

Please pack your
items in a sturdy box and use plenty of packing material. For your
protection, insurance is always recommended.

Please included a
manifest of all your items that you are sending along with your
contact information, the original price quote from us, and
your desired method of compensation

We will inspect the
merchandise the day that is arrives. If there are any issues we will
contact you immediately. If there are no issues we will send you
your payment the
following day.
