How To Place An Order
Placing an order is easy. Browse our online products, add them to your cart and once you are done shopping, check yourr cart out with a major credit card or PayPal account. If you cannot place an order via the web, you can use the, "Contact Us" link and we can manually process your order. All emails are answered in a 24 hour window. If the email pertains to an order, we will check stock per the email's product list. Once we select the items that we have, we will email you back with an invoice with shipping. Should you have a discount code, please provide the code in the initial email, so we can apply it to the order. Once we send you the invoice, we will put the items on hold for you. You will then have 5 days to remit the payment for your items. Once we receive your payment, we will ship your items ASAP.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping is calculated depending on the shipping weight of the items. There is no handling charge.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds occasionally happen and we are here to help. If there is an item that you need to return, we will take back the same unopened item for store credit. The window for such a return is 14 days from the date of purchase. If an item is defective, we ask that you reach out to us, so we may correct the problem. Resolution can range from a replacement item, supplying a missing part, a store credit or a refund. All returns or refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
